The Mulching Head TT can be equipped with “Y” knives composed by 3 double cut blades or with Hammers kit [*]. Thanks to a bidirectional hydraulic motor each TT model is not provided by sliding roller while the slippage on the ground is ensured by the design of the sides. The application of a shock-resistant and anti-cavitation valve avoid the connection to the the drainage line (except TT 130 model). All models are equipped by flexible hoses and set up for bolted linkage plate. Since they are specifically designed for industrial machines’application such as mini-midi excavators and backhoe loader’s arms, the mulching head TT by U.Emme don’t fear any competition: they can be used for grass mowing, finely shredded by triple knives, for mulching operations, made easy from the wide inlet mouth, and also in grinding shrubs and young trees that, depending on the tenacity of the wood, can have from 60 to 100 mm. diameters.

The U.EMME TT HD Forestry Mulchers are offered in 2 different shaft configurations: TT HD-S serie is equipped as standard with retractable hammers while TT HD-F serie is equipped with fixed teeth. Equipped with a cast iron gear motor and transmission provided by 3 robust and efficient toothed trapezoidal belts. The presence of a special valve block including a priority valve for oil flow regulation, anti-shock and anti-cavitation avoids the need of drainage line connection. Specially designed for use with industrial machines such as Excavators and Backhoe Loaders, each U.Emme TT HD forestry mulchers are ideal for clearing and thinning bush, job made easy by the large symmetrical inlet mouth, and are also effective for milling trunks from 12 to 25 cm in diameter, depending by rotor equipment.

The Hedge Trimmers HT and HTX by U.Emme are equipped by cutter bar with bolted sawteeth knives (individually replaceable), with  particular serration providing a higher cutting power versus competitors’ products. The cutting bar is moved by an orbital engine  (HT) or by an axial pistons engine (HTX) with related handwheel and with a connecting rod device with double dumping spring. Standard equipped with flexible hoses and bolted connection set up, with Hedge Trimmers HT and HTX it is  possible to cut hedges or prune orchards with speed and care, optimizing any resource. Both HTX models requires mandatory drainage.

Scorpion is a front shredder supplied right side shift, back-up sliding roller, floating system and two flexible hoses with for the hydraulic circuit supply plus one flexible hose for drainage line connection. It’s possible to equip each Scorpion model with “Y” knives kit or hammers kit [*] directly on the same shaft. The right side-shift system can be choosed mechanical or hydraulic, in this last case wil be provided by an hydraulic cylinder, a solenoid valve for splitting the hydraulic functions and by an electric kit with supply connection and on/off switch button. The floating plate provides a vertical excursion that allows the equipment to be always close to the ground in case of unevennes and bumps.

Scorpion HD is the solution of U.Emme for the forestry sector dedicated to frontal coupling on large Skid-Steer Loaders, Wheel Loaders, Backhoe Loaders and Telehandlers. Two models of different working sizes equipped by two layers of anti-wear steel on the edges include sides on which 2 integrated slides are designed for running on the ground. The rotation movement is transmitted from a piston engine to a helicoidal rotor via a 5.5 cm high performance HTD pre-drilled belt, protected by a bolted plate. The internal supports of the rotor are equipped with a «labyrinthe» to protect the swivel bearings from impurities. A valve block equipped by a priority valve for oil flow regulation, anti- shock and anti-cavitation protects the engine even from the most hard uses.
