One of a kind and with a 200% increase in sales over the past 5 years, the Cobra series by U.Emme offers four models of grader equipped with blades of different width to perform any type of levelling operation.
Versatile yet accurate, the Cobra grader has been designed and perfected for more than 20 years to ensure an increasingly better work experience. Two pairs of powerful hydraulic cylinders control the rotating and tilting movements of the levelling blade so that it can provide optimum performance in any operating conditions.
Every hydraulic function of our Cobra grader can be manually operated using one of the six types of controls available or it can be completely automated thanks to a self-levelling laser signal system. A hybrid mode is also available, which means that the hydraulic functions can be both manually controlled and automated using the self-levelling laser signal system.
Its unparalleled structural durability—an essential requirement for this type of equipment—is guaranteed by the presence of a straight and extremely rigid frame. This feature is crucial so that any type of structural flexure can be transmitted to the levelling blade.
The support axle of the 360° rotating wheels is incorporated into the frame. This solution provides extreme durability to the front tilting structure and prevents the formation of ‘backlash’ on the axle.
Each model of Cobra grader can be equipped with an on/off or proportional distributor. The latter type can guarantee extremely accurate performance in manual mode and even more accurate performance when the hydraulic functions are independently managed through the self-levelling laser signal system.
The standard equipment include two side plates mounted on the levelling blade where it is possible to easily fix the support poles of the laser signal receivers.
The Cobra attachment can turn a skid-steer loader, loader, or backhoe loader into a high-performance motor grader able to carry out extremely accurate levelling operations in a very easy and quick manner.
