Featuring an aggressive design and capable of providing the perfect combination of high performance and great power, the RCVP vibratory rollers by U.Emme represent an excellence among the equipment used to compact all types of soil.

Every model is equipped with pads (or padfoot) welded on the drum and arranged in such a way as to create a thick weave capable of delivering a higher compaction capacity on both hard and loose soils, thus being particularly suitable for the restoration and consolidation of river banks and clay soils, as well as for the maintenance of unpaved roads and forest paths.

The roller is powered by a direct drive bi-directional motor that operates through an elastic coupling with the rotating shaft. The standard equipment includes noise reduction silencers for vibration dumping, an adjustable scraper for drum cleaning, and a self-leveling system with a ±15° range.

New for 2024. Both the RCVP and RCVL variants in the 1850mm and 2150mm wide models, feature 8 Silent-Blocks on each side compared to the 6 installed on the narrower versions. This upgrade ensures even higher dumping capabilities significantly reducing the vibrations sent to the tool carrier.

The photovoltaic power station we installed at our company headquarters is finally active and in operation. An important goal in the journey towards energy efficiency and environmental sustainability has been reached.

We are very proud of this, as we will be able to give our contribution to the green economy, by minimizing the environmental impact related to the withdrawal of electricity from the national utility grid through the effective and optimum use of solar energy.

With an electricity generation capacity of 120,478kWh we will be able to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 46.03 tons per year and 1,047 tons throughout the 25 years of the plant’s expected service life.

It has also been estimated that in one year the amount of dust particles and sulfur dioxide not released into the atmosphere will be around 2,900kg and 65kg respectively. Amazing data that has lead us at U.Emme to strongly believe in this project.

The LTDL is not a simple dozer blade but a hybrid solution that combines all the functions of a tilt-dozer blade with the particular attitude in leveling job offered by a Grader.

It’s defined as multifunction because it allows you to carry out different types of work: backfilling, excavation, moving and levelling. In particular, the leveling work can be performed both manually and via a laser self-leveling system.

Each model is equipped with 3 pole support plates for the laser signal receivers (two by sides and one in central position), as well as a rear plate allowing a vertical hydraulic excursion of the blade: all technical solutions designed for the use with laser self-levelling system.

Working with the LTDL is simple. It’s a compact equipment that leaves a completely free field vision to the operator. Compared to blades exclusively designed for leveling jobs, the LTDL offers the possibility of angulating, and therefore moving laterally the soil collected during work, allowing easy dosing of the quantity of soil on the blade in each work phase.

This U.EMME equipment, which best expresses the concept of “squared functionality”, will also be part of the products that U.EMME will exhibit at Intermat in Paris. Intermat is an important trade fair in France and will be held at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre. The fair will take place from 24 to 27 April and we will be present at Stand 5a/F34, HALL 5.

Useful to restore roadways and roadsides damaged by bad weather, the Tilt-Touch connection system has been designed as an interface located between the tool carrier of the skid-steer loader and the attachment.

Designed to level the load on uneven ground combined with a loading bucket and pallet forks, Tilt-Touch has proven to be extremely practical also for many other applications, such as digging drainage canals with a bucket angle, thereby supporting the operators who without it would be forced to carry out maintenance operations that are time consuming and not always easy.

Tilt-Touch is the perfect ally in winter, when heavy downpours of rain or snow can cause earth and debris to end up on the road surface, thus narrowing the roadway.

Powered by the auxiliary hydraulic system of the tool carrier, Tilt-Touch is an extremely versatile interface that provides additional productivity to the standard equipment of skid-steer loaders.

Manta Solar by U.Emme has been subjected to a technological restyling process aimed at providing equipment operators with a better user experience.

In this new and improved version of Manta Solar, the electronic control box has been replaced with a tablet with touch screen, that uses wireless technology.
More specifically, this change consisted in eliminating the electrical wiring system that went from the sweeper to the control box inside the cab running along the excavator arm. This way users can save a considerable amount of time in the installation phases, resulting in a cleaner application.

The physical wiring has been replaced with a wireless system that sends data directly, without having to use any cables.

The new tablet features an app that allows for a more effective control experience of the sweeper working position compared to the old control box that consisted of colored LEDs and levers.
Ultimately, this piece of equipment assists the operator in correctly positioning the attachment so as to perform accurate and effective cleaning operations on any work surface.

When the winter is in full swing and heavy snowfalls cover the landscape, the Yeti HD-I single-unit snow blower can be of great help.

This snow blower is a valid alternative to machines specifically designed to remove snow, as it can be coupled with large earthmoving equipment unprovided with a suitable hydraulic supply system.

Yeti HD-I is a two-stage snow blower designed to meet the needs of users who have equipment without hydrostatic system, which is an element that makes it possible to drive at low RPM with high oil flow rates. This is possible thanks to the 51.7Kw at 2500 RPM Diesel Power Pack by Yanmar.

A torque limiter prevents possible damage due to the accidental entry of branches and other objects hidden in the snow, which could get stuck in the auger or the rotating helix of the blower during snow removal operations to restore traffic circulation in extra urban areas. The ice-breaking helixes in HARDOX®️ minimize the wear of the serrated auger caused by the possible presence of gravel or stones in the snow collected.

The utmost care taken in finding the best setup between rotation of the front auger and inner rotating helix, in relation to the gear ratio offered by the gear system that transfers motion from the Power Pack to the Gearbox, allows YETI HD-I to be extremely effective in dealing with any type of snow.

The arrival of winter invariably brings with it traffic problems not only on mountain roads, but also in areas affected by heavy snowfalls. Unfortunately, this makes it very easy for vehicles to lose traction while driving on the snow and end up going off the road, or crashing into other vehicles.

In such situations, the equipment used to clear snow from roads, yards, and urban centers so as to quickly restore traffic circulation, plays a vital role. Among the machines designed by U.Emme specifically for this purpose, is the V-Type Snowplow. The different tilting options are possible thanks to two robust wings that can be independently moved through two double-effect hydraulic cylinders. The possibility to angle the blade to the left or right allows users to employ the blade in a traditional manner, that is, to clear the road by moving the snow to the roadside. The wedge setup is used to open and widen deep snow. The blade basically behaves as a an icebreaker, hence the name plow.
