The V-Type Snow Plow LV from U.EMME is a versatile, efficient, and functional tool. Its adaptability is guaranteed by five primary working setups, allowing it to tackle a wide range of tasks effectively:

 

– Wedge mode for quickly clearing roadways;

– Spoon mode for transporting snow piles to storage areas;

– Horizontal mode for pushing snow to create piles;

– Left 35° tilting for clearing snow pushing it to the roadside;

– Right 35° tilting also for snow clearing.

 

These five different configurations are possible thanks to the adjustable position of the two mobile wings, which are independently controlled by hydraulic cylinders.

 

Each model is equipped with a horizontal self-levelling function and an anti-shock system with spring return on two sectors of the blade, ensuring smooth and effective snow removal on roads and large open areas.

The FPRI is U.Emme’s versatile and efficient grapple bucket, featuring a double upper serrated grapple that opens and closes hydraulically. Its integrated lock valve makes it ideal for safely and securely loading large quantities of material.

 

The FPRI bucket has open side panels, allowing for the easy loading of materials such as logs, pipes, and more. These side panels are equipped with holes, designed to accommodate bolt-on steel partitions, which can increase the bucket’s capacity when handling materials that might spill out of the sides.

 

The range consists of five models, with widths from 1.40 to 2 meters, specifically designed for use with skid steer loaders, small articulated loaders, compact backhoe loaders, and small telehandlers.

 

The FPRI grapple bucket is an exceptionally versatile tool, suitable for a wide variety of applications, ranging from construction to agriculture. It is an excellent equipment in waste management facilities, particularly in recycling, composting and waste handling plants at ecological stations. It is also used for rubble removal and in the demolition sector.

The UMatch App database has been updated with the addition of about one hundred new pieces of equipment.

 

Three new brands of manufacturers of earth-moving machines, i.e. DITCH WITCH, JF MACHINEN and PITTBULL, as well as new models of already included brands have been added.

 

Thanks to this update, we are happy to announce that our big database now includes over 3,000 combinations.

The E-Ind range of U.EMME industrial excavator booms offers toughness, power, versatility and reliability. Equipped with overlapping cylinders for 180° rotation and allowing for the horizontal side shifting of the arm on the frame, each E-Ind model is able to carry out excavations flush with the wall, for example to build gullets or trenches.

 

The standard opening and closing of the blocking cylinders of the arm on the frame is mechanical, but a hydraulic version is also available. The independent stabilizer feet ensure excellent digging performance also in case of steep gradients, while the reclining control valve support allows you to easily control each hydraulic function from inside the cab.

 

Specifically designed to be coupled with wheeled or tracked skid-steer loaders, each U.EMME excavator boom is equipped with a special safety linkage kit ensuring safe and strong coupling.

 

The range of industrial excavator booms offers machines with unique performance, suitable for any type of digging work required in a building yard, but also for much more than that.

 

Indeed, by equipping the boom with an auxiliary hydraulic system, the digging bucket may be replaced with hydraulic pieces of equipment, such as hammers, augers, grabs, etc.

Designed for compacting and crumbling soil, the Vibratory Roller with drum equipped with pads ensures high power and high performance in this type of operations.

 

More specifically, since the pads are made of cast iron, and are therefore very resistant and sturdy, the roller allows operators to compact loose soil, such as backfill, as well as to easily crumble hard clay soil.

 

For this reason, based on the substrate it is working on, the roller designed by U.Emme is a dual-use tool that is also ideal for the maintenance of unpaved roads and forest paths.

 

In addition, the vibratory roller offers the possibility to employ the height-adjustable dozer blade based on the soil to be worked on, given that aside from compacting, it also levels rough and uneven terrain.

 

Finally, some very important news: first, depending on the model, the rollers feature six or eight silent blocks, and second, the range now includes four additional models for machines from one to nine tons.

Our range of TR augers consists of six extremely versatile high performance models which can be equipped with excavators from 1 to 2 tons as well as with any other earth-moving machine through a special dedicated linkage system for the front coupling of the auger.

 

Easy to use and extremely efficient, the U.Emme augers offer power and reliability thanks to their top quality manufacturing components which make them true niche products.

 

Driven by piston or orbital engines, they are equipped with coupling shafts for hexagonal helicoidal drills, which ensure stronger coupling than traditional cylindrical shafts. Three types of helicoidal drills specifically designed to drill through specific materials are available:

 

– Soil drills, with double helix and bolted hardened steel edges;

 

– Stony ground drills, with double helix, Pengo point and tungsten boring teeth;

 

– Asphalt and rocky drills, with 20 mm thick double helix, tungsten boring teeth and special point.

We celebrate an important target achieved by U.Emme: In July 2024 we manufactured our 10,000th CONDOR cement mixer.

 

We started manufacturing these useful and practical pieces of equipment in 2000 and immediately realized that it was important to manufacture them using wear resistant materials and equip them with top quality devices to offer the right balance between toughness and power.

 

Over the years, the CONDOR cement mixers have always achieved excellent sales results thanks to their intrinsic capacity to speed up yard works, thereby saving lots of time and money.

The E-Agri Backhoe loader, designed by U.Emme specifically to be used in combination with tractors, is a robust and powerful, yet versatile and reliable, piece of equipment.

 

With E-Agri you can turn your tractor into an excavator, and by replacing the digging bucket, you can use a mulcher to mow grass or other types of hydraulic equipment such as hammers, augers, and grabs for a wide range of applications.

 

The Backhoe Loader has two main features, namely the arm rotation and the horizontal side-shift on the frame, which allow you to carry out maintenance operations among rows of orchards or excavations flush to the wall to create trenches or ditches with extreme ease.

 

The standard equipment includes independent stabilizer feet, able to ensure excellent digging performance also on steep slopes, a comfortable bolted seat, and a three-point attachment for the tractor with fixing frame, whose function is precisely to fasten the backhoe loader to the tractor in a secure and stable manner.

The pins and bushes of the main joints are made of cemented and hardened ground steel (except for the E15 model)

 

E-Agri is a working tool that can ensure unique performance and meet the various need of farming operations.

As PV systems become increasingly widespread, there is the need to get a better understanding of the reasons why it is essential to perform regular and effective maintenance operations on them.

 

In fact, the productivity of solar panels is not constant over time as the dirt created by atmospheric agents and other external factors can result in a significant drop in performance.

 

Therefore, they need regular maintenance which, aside from extending the system useful life, ensures optimum yield.

 

The Manta Solar Sweeper designed by U.Emme allows you to carry out easy, quick, and thorough cleaning operations. It is important to bear in mind that lack of cleaning of the solar panels may lead to a loss of yield that can go down to 30% of its performance.

 

It is therefore necessary to perform a complete system cleaning at least twice a year so as to optimize its performance and make sure that the solar panels are efficient and in perfect working order, especially during the summer, when exposure to sunrays is at its peak and the generation of energy is higher.

Lince is a compact and lightweight multilink sweeper designed by U.Emme. Since it can be mounted on and operated with different types of tool carriers, it can be used for cleaning operations in different environments. Thanks to a specific connection system, the Lince rotating broom can be operated with two different setups: Lince E and Lince I.

 

Lince I features a front hitch plate that makes it possible to angle the broom left and right through a mechanical or hydraulic system. It is ideal for industrial equipment such as tracked and wheeled skid steers, telehandlers, and small backhoe loaders.

 

Lince E, instead, features a connection system that makes it possible to mount the broom on the arms of mini and midi excavators, as well as backhoe loaders, thus replacing the excavator bucket.

 

The Lince sweeper offers unparalleled versatility, allowing users to perform cleaning operations in a variety of contexts thanks to the possibility to operate the same rotating broom with a wide range of equipment by simply changing the connection system.

 

Thanks to these features, Lince “I” (industrial set-up) can be used to carry out quick cleaning operations on roads, service areas, and construction yards. The possibility to angle the rotating broom allows users to move dirt and debris towards the roadside or ditch.

 

Lince “E” (excavator set-up), instead, can be mounted on excavator arms that can reach specific heights to carry out cleaning operations inside tunnels, on vertical walls, guard rails, Jersey barriers, canopies, as well as concrete canal banks.
