U.EMME SNOW BLOWERS: FACE WINTER WITH YETI!
Winter is right around the corner, and along with it come all the difficulties related to road maintenance due to the presence of snow and ice. It is important to have equipment that allows us to effortlessly clear and restore the road surface.
For this reason, U.Emme offers its customers the Yeti Snow Blowers to allow them to face winter and the problems that come with it in an easy and practical manner.
The Yeti range includes two models of front-mount snow blowers, namely STD and HD, designed to be coupled with skid-steer loaders, loaders, backhoe loaders, and telehandlers to remove large amounts of snow easily and effectively.
In particular, the front-mount two-stage STD model is equipped as standard with ice-breaking helixes in HARDOX®, so as to minimize the wear caused by gravel and stones, often mixed with snow.
The snow blower can be specified with discharge chimney and flaps that can be adjusted hydraulically, electrically, or mechanically. The last two options allow for the use of YETI STD even on machines with a limited oil flow rate.
Robust and powerful, YETI STD makes it possible to effectively remove snow from roads and yards. The Yeti HD Snow Blower, instead, is powered by a high-performance piston hydraulic motor equipped with torque limiter, a device that prevents the possibility of damage caused by the accidental entry of objects hidden in the snow that could get stuck in the rotating helix.
Every model is equipped with snow discharge chimney, hydraulically-adjustable flaps, and ice-breaking helixes in HARDOX®.
Recently, U.Emme has designed and placed on the market a variant of the HD series, called Yeti HD-I. This snow blower is independently powered by a state-of-the-art Power Pack Perkins, conceived to allow owners of backhoe and wheel loaders to use the snow blower even if they do not have auxiliary hydraulic equipment that is powerful enough to ensure the optimum use of traditional snow blowers. Yeti HD-I is equipped with torque limiter to prevent accidental damage caused by objects hidden in the snow and ice-breaking helixes in HARDOX®.
The standard equipment consists of snow discharge chimney, hydraulically adjustable flaps, and framing to support the Power Pack, the transmission assembly, and the 102L fuel tank.
The framing is attached to the host machine through a coupling system for pallet forks with a 165x70mm internal section. There are also two hoses to connect the auxiliary equipment to the host machine and power the hydraulic motor that allows for the hydraulic rotation of the snow discharge chimney.
