U.EMME TOWARDS ENERGY EFFICIENCY

U.Emme has always cared for the environment and the protection of the surrounding territory.

 

That is why the company got involved in an ambitious energy efficiency project. And the first step to complete a company’s transition towards sustainability could very well be the installation of a photovoltaic system.

 

The project indeed consisted in the installation of 236 410Wp solar panels at the company’s headquarters with a view to ensuring optimum use of our natural energy sources, starting with solar power.

 

Improving energy efficiency means making a rational use of energy in order to avoid or at least minimize waste. It has been estimated that the installation of this photovoltaic system will result in 120,478kWh of electricity generation and a reduction of CO2 emissions of about 46.03 tons per year.

 

An important goal achieved by U. Emme in its quest for environmental sustainability for a better future.
